Our Return and Exchange Policy

Introduction:

At Jewelszone, we’re committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our products. We take great care to maintain the quality and craftsmanship of our handcrafted items. While each product may vary slightly due to their handmade nature, we stand by their unique beauty and individuality.

Returns and Exchanges:

We offer a return and exchange policy to address situations where you received a total damaged or the wrong product. Please read the following guidelines to understand the process:

1. Damaged or Incorrect Products:

  • If your order is damaged during transit or you have received an entirely different product than what you ordered, we’re here to assist you.
  • To initiate the exchange process, please send us an email at hello@jewelszone.com or reach out via WhatsApp at +91-93513-09392 and Don’t forget to include a clear picture of the damaged or incorrect product.

2. Timeline for Exchange Request:

  • We kindly request that you notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package if you encounter a manufacturing defect or have received the incorrect item.

3. Product Condition for Exchange:

  • For your product to be eligible for an exchange, it must be in its original, unused condition, with all original packaging, tags, and bills intact.
  • The exchanged item must be returned to us within 7 days from the date you received it.

4. Steps to Request an Exchange:

  1. Contact us via email at hello@jewelszone.com or WhatsApp at +91-93513-09392 to request an exchange. We’ll acknowledge your exchange request.
  2. Our Quality Control team will assess your request to determine if the product qualifies for exchange.
  3. If your exchange is approved, you can courier the product back to us using the original packaging materials.
  4. You have the flexibility to choose an alternate product of the same, lower, or higher value. We’ll dispatch the selected item within 3-5 working days after receiving the original product back.
  5. If the value of the alternate product is higher, you will be required to pay the difference. If the value is lower, we will issue a credit note for the balance amount.

5. Product Availability For Exchange:

  • Exchange of a product is subject to product availability. If the desired product is in stock, we will dispatch it as part of your exchange. However, if the product is not available, we regret that we won’t be able to provide an exchange with the same product. In this case, you have the option to choose an available product of the same, lower, or higher value. Alternatively, if you prefer not to make a new purchase, we will issue a store credit for the full equal amount. If you choose a refund instead, we will initiate the refund process after deducting forwarding shipping charges.

6. Note: Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy Exemption:

  • Please note that our Return and Exchange Policy is not applicable to items priced below Rs 499/-. Products valued under Rs 499/- (For Indian Customers Only), once sold, cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged under any circumstances.

7. Order Tracking:

  • We exclusively use reliable and trusted logistics partners. You will receive a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatch, including the courier’s tracking number and a link for tracking your package.
