Return-Exchange Policy –
All our products go through 3 stage quality control before shipping so be assure about our quality. Most of our products are handcrafted by traditional craftsmen in India, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
The stones therefore may vary slightly. We do deal in exchange of products. Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is damaged in transit or you have received the totally incorrect product.
In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unworn, with original packaging & tag etc.)
To initiate exchange process please leave us a mail on [email protected] or Whatsapp on +91-93513-09392 along with the picture of the damaged or wrong product.
Exchanges will be accepted only in the case of manufacturing defect or dispatch of totally incorrect item. Your exchange request should be sent by email to contact us within 24 hours of receipt of the package. The product should then be couriered back to Jewelszone within 7 days of receipt of the same. Your product must be in its original unused condition in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact to be exchanged. Item to be exchanged to be returned to us within 7 days of the date of receipt of goods by customer.
Steps for request exchange –
- Please email on [email protected] or Whatsapp on +91-93513-09392 to request an exchange and we will acknowledge your exchange.
- Then it is up to the discretion of the Jewelszone QC team to decide whether product is approved for exchange. Once we have received your email and our Quality Control team has authorized the return you can courier the product back to us along with the original packaging material.
- You can choose an alternate product of the same, lower or higher value for the product accepted by us as exchange. The same will be dispatched within 5-7 working days.
- In case the value of the alternate product is higher you will have to pay the difference. If the value is lower, we will issue you a credit note for the balance value.
Return or Refund – We don’t have return and refunds policy.We wish to build a brand of trust and a treasured relationship with our customer. We are sure you will place an order because you loved the product. Although we are confident of the quality of the ordered product that we send to you, there could be issues which warrant return/exchange of the product.
NOTE : RETURN – EXCHANGE – REFUND Policy NOT applicable on below 499/- Rs product. (Item worth below 499/-Rs once sold will not be taken back, refund or exchanged in any circumstance)
Logistic Partner (Courier Companies) –
We take great care in delivering you product(s) to you. We send all packages via reputed couriers such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ekart Logistic, Ecom Express, Fedex, DHL, Aramex etc.
Order Tracking –
We always uses only reputed & reliable logistic. We notify our customers via a shipment confirmation email within 24 hours of dispatching the product(s). This shipment confirmation email will have the courier’s tracking number and the link for tracking.
